A New Solution

​

Coaching is an effective tool for eliminating the isolation of teachers, improving teaching, breeding innovation, and increasing teachers’ confidence in their skills and in the classroom (Barkely and Bianco, 2010).  Providing teachers with support and tools to better access the IB curriculum results in improved teacher morale and more effective teaching of IB content and skills, resulting in increased student achievement on the World Exams and in college admissions.
